INGREDIENT BOTTLES

YOU WILL NEED

INGREDIENTS

100g butter

1 egg

1 Ingredient Bottle

 

EQUIPMENT

Large flat baking tray, or a few small 

Non-stick baking paper

Large mixing bowl

Spoon or spatula, and a fork

Small jug, or any cup/mug will be fine

Small chopping board

Knife

Cooling rack

Clean hands!

METHOD

Line your baking tray(s) with non-stick paper 

2 Pre-heat oven to 160

3 Chop 100g butter into small cubes ~ 1cm

In a mixing bowl tip in contents of your ingredient bottle with the
   butter and mix until butter is coated

5 In a separate jug/cup, lightly beat 1 egg with a fork and then add
   to the other ingredients

Use your hand to mix all ingredients together until a dough forms

7 Split the dough into 14 even balls
*if you're patient enough, put dough balls into the fridge for 1 hour*

8 Bake at 160 for 15 minutes
